предъявительская ценная бумага
При сделках с отчуждаемыми (передаваемыми) финансовыми инструментами документ называется предъявительской ценной бумагой (bearer paper), когда он подлежит оплате предъявителю (то есть лицу, владеющему им). Право собственности на такой документ передается наиболее простым путем и не требует передаточной надписи. Если лицо, которое первоначально выпустило ценную бумагу, сделало это в предъявительской форме, оно не может впоследствии требовать нанесения на нее специального индоссамента (передаточной надписи)
